無紡布水刺技術(shù)雖然起步較晚，但發(fā)展較快，被稱為第三代非織造布加工工藝，是用天然纖維棉花為原料，通過開松，利用尖端梳理機(jī)和鋪網(wǎng)機(jī)及牽伸機(jī)，將纖維整理成網(wǎng)后，利用加壓后形成的大密度眾多的針狀高壓水柱，經(jīng)水刺機(jī)噴射到纖維網(wǎng)層上，由高速水流的作用，使纖網(wǎng)上的纖維發(fā)生運(yùn)動(dòng)而重新排列和相互纏結(jié)，而形成具備一定強(qiáng)力的非織造布，最后經(jīng)烘干，卷繞，分切成卷材成品。

Production process

Although the spunlace nonwoven technology stated late, but it developed very fast. It is called the Third Generation of non-woven fabric technology. It uses natural cotton fiber as the material. First, the openingmachine opens the raw material.Second, the sophisticated carding machine, lapping machine and the drawing machine makes the cotton fiber into networks. Third, the spunlace machine spouts numerous dense slender acicular high pressure waterspouts to the fiber networks. Under the high press of the high speed waterspouts, the fibers on the networks move, realign, entwist together and become the non-woven fabrics with strength. Finally the nonwovens go through the dryer machine, the winding machine and the cutting machine and become finished goods.
